The outcome of the VHC will be graded, with each item checked being awarded a red amber or green rating:
Green items are as they should be and will not need attention before the next Service or MOT
Red items are an immediate safety concern such as brakes worn, tyres tread worn too low, wipers, lights and other items.
Amber items will need attention before the next Service or MOT, but are not an immediate safety concern

Unlimited mileage during the first 24 months, followed by a further one year limited to 60,000 miles. (For Renault Vans, Zoe and Koleos, the third year is limited to a total mileage of 100,000 miles).
Your local Renault Dealer is able to repair or replace, without charge, parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect that is recognised by Renault. Assistance is provided within the UK and Northern Ireland only at roadside, home and includes national recovery and onward travel. Does your vehicle need new tyres?
Did you know:
UK law now requires that your vehicle is fitted with the correct type and size of tyre for the vehicle you are driving and for the purpose it is being used.
This means fitting the right tyres for your safety and ensuring that they are inflated to the manufacturer's recommended pressure.
When did you last check the tyres on your vehicle?
Research shows that most tyres are either under inflated or worn below the legal limit of 1.6mm. For safety reasons it is recommended that you replace your tyres before the legal limit is reached. Many vehicle manufacturers recommend replacing at 3 millimetres.

A regular check of your tyres can help you to avoid 3 penalty points and up to £2,500 in fines (per tyre) for having tyres worn beyond the legal minimum limit on your vehicle. AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE
A large majority of modern vehicles come with air conditioning as standard and on a hot and humid day having the air conditioning facility is a real benefit to keeping cool. As with other components in your vehicle the air conditioning system needs regular attention to ensure efficient and effective performance.
You may not be aware that you can lose up to 10% of your air conditioning gas every year, meaning performance will deteriorate over time leading to increased fuel consumption. An air conditioning service can ensure that your system is at peak performance and ready to work at every call.
An air conditioning service is not a part of your routine servicing but it is recommended to have one competed at least once every two years. We offer a comprehensive air conditioning service from just £72.00. (This price excludes vehicles with R1324YF gas)
What happens during the service?
We drain and recharge the system, check hoses, filters, belts and connections. We also make sure the compressor and condenser are working correctly and that the cabin has been deodorised.
What are the benefits?

Better air condition- It’s called air conditioning because that’s exactly what it does – conditions the air. This means that excess moisture is removed from the air, which is exactly what you want on hot, muggy days.
De-misted windscreen- It is vital that you are able to see clearly through your windscreen – a film of mist is going to seriously impair your vision. You can use the AC button to evaporate any moisture far quicker than it takes for your screen-heater to warm up.
