We will supply you with a full inspection report and won’t carry out any work that may be identified without your consent.
Should your vehicle fail the MOT after carrying out the work we recommended we will pay for the re-test.
As a road user you are obliged to keep your vehicle in a road worthy manner. If your Dacia car is 4 years are older (3 years for a van) it must have a MOT every 12 months.

A. The MOT test ensures that vehicles over three years old are roadworthy, properly maintained and meet minimum safety and environmental standards.

A. If you have a vehicle that is four or more years old, you are legally required to put your car in for an annual MOT test at an approved MOT centre. The MOT test will determine whether your vehicle is roadworthy or not.

Unlike lots of other car parts, there are no warning signs about wear on your timing belt. To prevent damage that may even lead to engine failure, make sure you stick to the timing belt replacement schedule. You should also take advantage of this work to check the water pump.

What the Vehicle Health Check will show
The outcome of the VHC will be graded, with each item checked being awarded a red amber or green rating:
Green items are as they should be and will not need attention before the next Service or MOT
Red items are an immediate safety concern such as brakes worn, tyre tread worn too low, wipers, lights and other items.
Amber items will need attention before the next Service or MOT, but are not an immediate safety concern
