JLR are delighted to announce that County Garages have been awarded Land Rover Authorised Repairer of the Year for 2023.

This is a tremendous accolade for Nick Williams and his dedicated County Land Rover team who have ensured our clients have received the highest levels of care.

This amazing award is the latest in a stellar year (2023) for industry awards and recognition from various customer bodies for the family-owned North Devon business

Earlier this year County were awarded their 6th National Vauxhall customer excellence award for 2023 by James Allred head of customer experience for Vauxhall, this being only awarded to a small number of retailers each year.

 

This was closely followed by two more awards for the Renault team, receiving first, the 2023 National award for 1st place for customer experience beating all other UK Renault/Dacia dealers to the title. The second was from Reputation UK which is a national body representing multiple brands and was for reaching the very top band of UK scores for all brands, 900+ following customer feed-back from all the various review sources. 

Local Directors Nick Williams and Andy Witherington commented, we are of course very pleased and rightly proud of our teams' achievements and the unprecedented recognition that they have received over the last year. Our focus as always remains to provide the best service and customer care to our local north Devon customer's.
